Pre-Submission Consultation


Thank you for taking the time to read through our Neighbourhood Plan. We very much welcome all feedback on the documents that have been presented and we have provided a feedback survey form in order for you to do this. The questions are all relevant to specific policies and are in a simple ‘support’ or ‘do not support’ format as well as the opportunity to provide specific comments on each.

If you are unable to complete a form online please request a copy from your Parish Clerk or download a copy of the survey form HERE

Please return the completed form to your Parish Clerk or direct to Mid Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan Forum, Heyford Park House, 52 Camp Road, Upper Heyford, OX25 5HD.

The deadline for submission of comments is Tuesday 19th September 2017.  Any submissions after this will be reviewed if possible but this cannot be guaranteed. There will be another opportunity to comment on the Neighbourhood Plan when Cherwell District Council undertake their formal consultation in 2018.
